1 cup plain unsweetened coconut or almond milk
2 tablespoons raw unsweetened almond butter or sunbutter
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey, melted
5 drops liquid stevia, vanilla or plain
Blend milk and almond butter or sunbutter in a blender until creamy and smooth. Add honey, stevia and seeds. Mix again until well combined. Let sit for 15 minutes (or longer) in refrigerator before drinking to let chia seeds soften and thicken.
