2 cups cooked white beans (I use navy beans) or one 15oz can drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Tahini
1 lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled
water as needed
Place all ingredients except water in the bowl of a food processor. Turn on and run until smooth scraping down sides as needed. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing until reach desired consistency. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. YUM!
