4 fillets of wild salmon
2 teaspoons of old by spice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place salmon in a baking pan skin side down. Drizzle olive oil over top.
Grate lemon rind. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon lemon rind over all the salmon
fillets. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice over fillets.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or old bay seasoning.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
