½ cup dijon mustard
½ cup honey
6 Boneless chicken breasts (halves)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix honey and mustard together.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pour honey mustard over the breasts and toss to cover evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Cover and put in the oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
This makes great leftovers – tastes even better the second day!
Serve with green beans almandine – YUM!
