3 flounder fillets
1/2 cup chopped basil leaves
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut center bone out of fish fillets, rinse and place on a plate.
Juice lemon. Pour oil over fish and then top with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with sea salt, fresh pepper and basil leaves.
Roll fish from one tip to the other and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes or until opaque throughout.
